4 buried to death in Baglung landslide

BAGLUNG: Four persons died after being buried in a landslide in Ringlang, Bungadobhan-4 of Baglung district on Sunday night.

The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Bhim Kumari Roka and her three children – including two daughters Indra Kumari (14) and Maya Devi (9) and a son Indra Jit (12).The house was completely destroyed after a mass of landslide fell over it.

Meanwhile, DSP Anil Kumar Khadka said the District Police Office and the Burtipang Area Police Office have deployed a joint police team to probe the incident.

More than 30 chickens were also killed in the natural disaster, police added.
